I’d like to help guide you on your journey to explore, process and heal the roots of your depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, and relationship issues.

Together we will set meaningful goals and intentions, identify blind spots, explore emotional and mental blocks, and make significant progress during each session. Over time you will learn and develop your own ability to 

easily identify, accept, and release unhelpful thinking patterns, traumas, and lower level emotions.Through guided mindfulness exercises, you will learn how to quiet your mind and experience more peace, love, joy and clarity. 

My Therapeutic approach is to provide a safe space for clients to process through very personal experiences. In sessions I teach clients how to use mindfulness techniques, healthy habits, and coping skills they will use as they explore through their thought processes with curiosity, control and the power to change. In partnership with my client, I tailor a highly personalized approach integrating a combination of therapeutic modalities, methodologies and techniques to aid clients in learning how to identify and determine the thought patterns, behaviors, or cognitive distortions they would like to alter. Through compassion and understanding I work collaboratively with each individual to help them build upon their unique strengths they will use towards personal growth. 

Rates

$145 45-55 minute sessions for individuals

Insurance and Fees

Services are self-Pay only. Pay By: American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Auto-payment enrollment is required for services provided after intake session. We are considered out-of-network providers for many Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and Point-of-Service (POS) types of Insurance. Because each plan is different, it is important to contact your plan carrier to inquire about reimbursement rates for an “out-of-network mental health provider. Don’t forget to ask about your deductible. We are able to provide you with a monthly receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
